Artillery?

Will there be artillery on or off the map? And does it come at the start of a turn, or does it not come at all? Anyway just asking, the game will rock with or without artillery.
p.s Will the manual include info on all weapons used from rifles {lee enfield is my fav} to Kingtigers? Sorry for asking so many questions but i am really excited for this game! THX.

There is all sorts of artillery on and off map. And it's deadly! You should really check out the FAQ section for Combat Mission. A lot of these questions is answered there.
