I am going to assume the "scenario editor" is in place and running...

Since it is the same interface Charles & Steve have used to create Alpha scenarios, do you guys think the Beta testers are going to have a "full run" at scenario creation ???

From what I understand Charles and Steve are leting the beta testers create most of the scenerios for the game.

Yes, you are both correct. The scenario editor has been complete for some time now. Little things get added and changed every so often, but it is fully functional. The testers have full access to scenario making.
