Scary Weapons!(an idea of sorts...)

Hello!
I was wondering if CM intended of modeling
the effects that certain weapons had on the
morale of troops:
1)The G.I's had such a fear of the MG42 that
the U.S.Army had to make training films to
try to overcome the effect it had on soldiers.I remember one was called"it's bark
is worse than it's bite"funny ....

2)The Tiger.From Combat Interviews,It seems tthe G.I's believed this was the only German Tank in ETO.It(when it was actually present)
usually caused a severe panic.

3)FighterBombers.esp.using rockets,were known to have a severe effect on morale


Perhaps including an effect causing Green
or Volks units to panic at sight of certain weapons might be fun...and real?

IIRC in the FAQ on the Combat Mission site it says that BTS is considering makingthe GI's prone to yelling "Tiger!" at the first sign of any armor. I think thats already in to an extent. The fact that they are being shot at by an MG 42 which is more effective, then say some rifles, already has some effect on the troops just because they are being pinned or killed. Therefore this feature is already built-in.

Did that make any sense at all?

I suppose that what I meant was,to try and "TAG"certain weapons with their own ability
to intimidate the enemy.Ex.
a bazooka unit having to check its WILLINGNESS to attack a heavy tank. or,

German units panicking or breaking if air
attacks ANY unit on the board or,

American units deciding not to advance into
the los of that MG42

Basically,experiencing morale effects(and even broken units)owing to the influence
of certain weaponry on the battlefield.
