Is CMHQ still the place to post mods?

The guys at BigTime software have been busy lately, and I been seeing fewer and fewer 3rd party mods (besides the occasional big package) make it onto the site. Does anyone know of an alternate site that might accept competent mods from strangers? I've got a great red brick church with a clock tower & alt damaged art if anyone's interested!

As for posting mods, CM Outpost (http://www.afv-uk.net/cmoutpost/) and Manx's COMBAT MISSIONS (http://www.combat-missions.net/) are good ones. They seem to get the mods up rather quickly. Most of the time in the same day or sometime shortly thereafter.
