I get the impression that the system pulls both sides back andequal distance from teh end-battle front lines to form the no-mans land ??
I'm writing an op (my first) where I want the attackers withdraw prtty much completely from the map if they are defeated - just leaving a minimal setup at the edge for them to start in for the next one.
So the defenders front line will be withdrwn an absolute minimum - preferably not at all.
The situation is a series of armoured attacks on a town defended by fanatic infantry - without much infantry the attackers withdraw to laager areas after each attack if not successful.
Is there a feature that I've over looked that allows this??
