Is it possible in the editor to have a side begin a scenario with reduced global morale? It doesn't look like it to me, but I want to make sure I'm not missing a trick.

If you don't know Michael how would I!!!
I don't think its actually possible to make a unit broken just shaky - so even if you made everthing on one side shaky they would rapidly recover - unless you dumped large amounts of artillery on them from turn 1!

Let me repeat: I am asking about Global Morale. I've already looked into Suppression, which may be what you are talking about, and it only applies to personnel units like infantry, and as you say, the units will recover from that in the usual way as time goes on. I want something that effects vehicles too and will not improve over time. If there is no way to implement this in the game at present, I'd like consideration to be given to introducing it in the rewrite.
