I can't find this in the manual anywhere. I remember in CMBO, it was possible for a scenario designer to place a tank in such a way that it could not move. Trying to figure out how to do it in CMBB.

In the editor under the list of dig in, dig in with fallbacks etc, you must can choose whether or not to have armor dug in or not. Then when placing armor on the map (if the settings are right) then just "dig" in the armor.
