creating scenario but friendly units in enemy camp

i am trying to create 2 scenarios
first scenario france 1940 french v german for cmbb but all the french tanks are on german side
any way of making them switch sides.

second scenario want to take comet+ pershing tanks from cmbo and place in cmbb so i can take on t34 tank. russians not stopping at the elbe river and heading west taking on the allied forces. was a expected scenario by us and british commands

You cannot import or modify units in the 3 CM games.
You can only subsitute. i.e. use Panthers to simulate T34s in CMBO.

You can get French tanks by using the Roumanians when they have switched sides to the Allies and they have the Renault R-35 tanks.
