Campaign Editor Issue in revised patch 1.03

Thank's for fixing patch 1.03 so quickly. It adds a lot of nice stuff to the game. One issue has come up:
when I start the Campaign Editor the window stays small (I would assume 800x600) on my 1024x768 screen. I cannot scroll in the window and the controls are not visible.
When I revert to an earlier version editor things are ok.

With the second edition of patch v1.03 the campaign editor is actually the same one as from v1.02. An easy way to double check this is open the campaign editor and check the version number under About, it should read v1.01, if so it is the exact same one as before. You can also check the timestamp of the EXE to verify this.

If not, then maybe you have the campaign editor from the first version of the 1.03 patch, if this is the case I would suggest a redownload and application.
