Strange ingame stuff

Hi All !
I've just finished 1942 campaign as axis.
I notice some strange stuff:
1) Sometimes you cannot move a unit between certain land places that are separetad by water like denmark-copenhagen sicily-italy kairo-suezcanal.
I used an Italian Army and moved it east from kairo. Then it was impossible for the unit to get back !
2) It should not be possible to reinforce a totally surrounded unit ???

Take a look at these values when you click on your unit at the bottom and top left of your screen to see exactly what is happening.

2) It should not be possible to reinforce a totally surrounded unit ??? If the unit is completely surrounded in a city, i.e. all adjacent land hexes are occupied by your units it will have a max reinforce value of 5, if it is cutoff in the open with no HQ in it's pocket it is 0 and if there is an HQ in the pocket it will be at most 4
