View Full Version : User settings in PBEM
Hi just noticing that personal settings like Sound Effects and the Grid seem to be shared in PBEM games.
If the players have different tastes then they end up turning them off and on and so on, for every turn. Ideally these settings should be user-specific. Not that I don't enjoy playing 'Grid War'...

This is a good point, I think that separating user preferences is probably a good idea in a future version one way or another.

v1.04 - fixed FoW bug for research table, now shows all contents when 'Game Over' Hubert, a related request for PBEM games: When players mutually decide to end a game early prior to 'Game Over', there should be a way for players to exchange their last turn with FOW off and research contents viewable. Maybe add a 'End PBEM Game' button or something. It would have to be an exchange process so players can't "peek" during a game.
