It's been mentioned at least once before here on the boards, but might have been missed, so I thought I'd give it its own thread. In case you missed it, Computer Gaming World is featuring a *very* well done 4 page (!) Strategy Article about CMBB in its current March issue. The author (T. Byrl Baker) is providing some great insight into some basic tactics, including a few tables concerning artillery delay times and infantry and vehicle movement rates. Thanks for this great feature to CGW!

yep, month before they gave cmbb a rave review and editors choice

and pc gamer in this months issue gives cmbb an award for best turn based game of the year (while we might quibble about the definition, it's still cool that cmbb garnered a game of the year award)
