Non Aggression Pacts
Engine: New
Synopsis: This would introduce non aggression pacts, such as the one signed in August 1939, between Germany and the Soviet Union.
Design Summary: In the Diplomacy screen there would be an option to offer a NAP between one country and another, for example between Germany and the Soviet Union, for a number of turns or years, and what it would cost to achieve it, for example MPPs, or territory. Also in the Diplomacy screen, it would show how much time is left before the NAP is expired. Also if a NAP was broken, it would not be possible to create another later in the game.
