R2's wonderful scenario 'Les Samurai de Roosevelt' has been translated and posted to the Scenario Depot II with the author's permission.

Here is a view from one of the American positions down the road toward the American objective, the crossroads leading to Sant'Angelo d'Alife.

And here is a link to Roosevelt's Samurai at the Scenario Depot II:

The scenario involves an attack by the Nisei-American 100th Infantry Battalion from Hawaii on a German rearguard in the aftermath of the crossing of the Volturno.

It is also a great example of French map making.

The original (French) version of this scenario by R2 can be found at Appui-Feu.

Go for broke!

Best slogan a regimental combat team had, ever.

Has anyone read "Just Americans" by Robert Asahina? Story of the 100th/442nd RCT. I've been looking for a book about this group and I see this one on sale for 9 bucks at Scholars Bookshelf.
