Actually, they're reversed.

First, why are our AFVs so slow in the game, when these just tear along?

Here's the VL!

Wow that second video with the artillery bombarding the town was something that I have never seen before. I'm hoping that wasn't staged but that was really cool.

Watching that first one ... how the hell did anyone kill anything with a faust when they hold it like that?
How do they aim?

The thingie that folds out has sights on it that you align with a marker somewhere on or around the warhead.

John, if you want to do something really useful, find an online fragment of that Tiger turning in place, in mud, much faster than an CMAK, much less CMBB Tiger can on a road. It's n history channel pretty often, but I haven't seen it online.

Sergei,

As a Panzerfaust manual grog, I see that you've used the Finnish version!

Redwolf (and BFC),

I thought you'd replied in the wrong thread--until I discovered I posted the wrong link. Here're the speedy, maneuverable AFVs I was talking about.

If you look here, in my April 8 post, I provided a slew of clips of various German tanks and SPs turning and maneuvering in tight quarters.

Sergei,

Never underestimate the Ferocious Finn Fighting Glare (FFFG)! Even more dangerous than a Panzerfaust 30 (klein).

Was that Stug video showing the (what looked like a) Russian ATG staged? That one explosion looked staged.

civdiv,

It almost certainly was, but that doesn't affect my pivot turn argument. The ATG is apparently a captured French 25mm Hotchkiss gun. See Gander & Chamberlain's WEAPONS OF THE THIRD REICH, p. 122 under 2.5 cm Panzerabwehrkanone 112(f) for the photographic basis of my assertion. Looks right to me.

That first one was a damned fine commercial; I'm trading in my old Lee (Grant?) for a brand new Panther ...think I'll get one for the wife, too!
