Here's my list:
</font> Pope's Swiss Guards</font> soldiers making moonshine, then going psycho and shooting their officers</font> ambient noises replaced with an Eminem soundtrack</font> gameplay consisting mostly of conversations with civilians and carrying objects from place to place</font> end of level monsters</font> elven archers</font> 100 dollar price tag and no paper manual</font>

Swedish volunteers for the Finns.
(Ok, not to insult the brave volunteers. The actual Swedish army of WW2 would be the real horror! :D )

</font> Power-ups, including Quad Damage and Invulnerability</font> Running up to Tigers and Panthers, pulling out the driver, and tooling around in a GTA-style rampage.</font> Damage indicator bars</font> Bunny-hopping infantry</font> Cinematics in which a well-endowed, large-eyed but thin young woman rises up in the air, spins in place and is surrounded by a halo of energy which seems to come from within while a chorus of voices rises in crescendo.</font> Rocket-jumping</font> Chain-saws</font> Small tanks which emerge from multi-coloured balls and grow in size and power with each victory.</font> When enemy morale is down to 20%, a loud voice comes on along with accompanying text: "FINISH HIM!"</font>

(Serious) Placeholder graphics for units. It jarrs me to see something on the field which looks almost nothing like what it is supposed to look like, and knocks immersion out of the game. Fewer units done correctly please.
Curved armour. Never has worked properly, is always paper thin, go back to CMBO armour if necessary.
Too cheap and way over effective 20mm guns and ATRs.
Mythical patches.
All just MHO of course. (/End Serious)
Free San Miguel Cuerveza tokens in the game box would compensate for any perceived shortcomings however.

Sticking to a too low minimum system requirement. i.e. old ass Pentium 350's and 500's (OR old ass Mac's for that matter) as the "norm" to run the game. EVERY game has to move on and raise the bar, especially when you are coding an entirely new engine that will be engineered to cover a vast amount of history.

Couldn't agree more. Infantry units in foxholes and trenches should be partially hidden, for starters
