Flickering Graphics

I have a Viper II 32MB video card. Everyhting works perfect, except at certain angles the soldiers and tanks flicker. It's probabaly a driver problem, but I was just wondering if anyone had a similiar problem and how it was fixed. I know this is a minor problem, but this game deserves to be perfect!

You may want to try a higher resolution. What you're seeing may be unavoidable. I'm not sure what controls you have for Direct3D settings (which you'll often find at Control Panel > Display control panel > Settings tab > Advanced button > Viper/Diamond/Direct3D tabs may be visible). You may want to adjust settings like "Texture Alignment" (left, center, etc.). If you have "Texture Filtering" you may want to experiment with that too.
