M3A3 production variants and gyro-stabilisers?

I’m sure there is going t o be a lot of different prototypes of the M3 series tanks but will the M3A3 variants show the counter weight to balance the gyro-stabiliser on the M2 75mm gun?
I think it would be good for FOW and misidentifying different variants during a battle.
