I am trying to replace the intro wav file, 00005010. It seems that the file is a 44.1KHz,16 bit, stereo, played a 172KB/s. The file I have was converted by a MP3 to wav with a shareware program I found but it doesn't give me the abilty to select the speed of the file as it is being saved. The problem is that when I convert my MP3 to wav it is being saved as a24JHz, 16 bit stereo, played at 22KB/s. I can convert this to 44.1 etc and it works perfectly with sound recorder BUT when played by CM it sounds like the CHIPMUNKS.
Can anyone suggest a fix for this. I do want this file for a mod I am working on.
