All water tiles are numbered the same in both games. They transfer back and forth without problems.

That is, the engine scales the bitmap to fit the requirements. That's one of the ways that CMBO textures were improved, higher resolutions for more detail.

I don't know the point at which the extra resolution is "lost" due to being scaled down.

Tank! Tank for crying out loud. This one almost escaped me. Looks pretty good, but lemme axe this. Should the water be so bluish. Maybe a little more dirtyish brown. Juss a suggestion, you da man! :D
