My Soldiers Sound Like The Chipmunks

The good news: Got my CM today!

The Bad News: My audio sounds like the chipmunks. It like it is clocking out the Wav files too fast. Everything is too high pitched. Didn't have problem on demo version.

P.S. I have downloaded the patch 1.1 but I don't think that caused the problem. I'm not quite
