What number in round circle beside units strength number represent? Tech level?

Yes. But only the primary tech for a particular unit type, sort of like what we have now in SC1. AFs, for example, show Jets level but not L/R.

Excellent solution. I hope that these primary techs won’t be too influential in a game like in SC1.
