Synopsis: My idea is to enable elite reinforcement when the strength is below 10.
Description: I find it a bit hard to create really experienced units because once the strength is below 10, there is experience loss for reinforcement.
I suggest that we could reinforce the unit with elite reinforcement to create the most experienced armies. This reinforcement should be very expensive to prevent using this too much and creating unrealistically strong military force.
Problem: On beginner level the game could become too easy.
