new patch

I downloaded the new patch(24)
When I wanted to extract the file I got three messages.
Can't create,open play.dll
Can't create open play modules tcpip.dll
Can't create public beta . exe
after that nothing happens

Help!!!!!!!

Are you on a Mac or a PC?

Where did you tell the patch to uncompress into?

You need to specify the Combat Mission folder.

Did you have CM running at the time? I got the same message when I forgot to exit the game before I installed the patch.
