Won't revive the Lewis debate, but for the calendar watchers out there, the CMX2 forum was unveiled on 24 August 2005 (this thread was the first) and CM:SF was unveiled at 12:30pm MST on 8 October 2005.

Extrapolate the demo release from that as you will. :D
