I've got 640 Mb of system memory, and a Geforce FX card. Game runs good with the detail level turned down to anything under "better".

I am playing the demo on a 1000mhz AMD duron, 256m ram and Geforce MX440 128MB video card and it works pretty well too.

And then there are people with quad cores with 8800GTX in SLI (or sumfink) with performance issues. You gotta laugh.
