Greetings,

Does anyone know how to create the textured flags which fly over the cities and HQ units? I'm wondering if Photoshop or something similiar is required. :confused:

I managed to pull it off just editing ones that were in the BMP already. I have created textured flags for Japan, Venezuela and India, all for my custom scenario that encompasses all of Africa, Venezuela, India and an off map hex for Japan. (For the possibility of Japan garrisoning Madagascar)

I will post the scenario to CMMMods tonight.
