Can't Zoom In/Out with Mouse

I have a scroll button on my mouse, but it doesn't appear to be able to zoom in/out with it.

Is this something that getting update drivers should fix?

There is no zoom in or out in ToW. The mouse wheel should control camera elevation though.

Then, is the mouse zoom in / zoom out under camera settings just how quickly the mouse scroll button changes your elevation?
