Order ID not (yet) in license database?

Hi,
approximately 10 hours earlier today I pre-ordered Shock Force and have now successfully downloaded it.

When I try to license the game I get an error message (error code 501) telling me that either my Order ID is incorrect or the Order ID has not been registered in the license database yet.

I believe I haven´t made a mistake with my order ID as I have copied and pasted it from the confirmation email and tried several times to license the game so I assume it´s the second reason.

Any info on when my Order ID should be registered?

Use your license code, not the order number in that feild. Thats a typo in the license system which snuck in and we didnt notice it. We will get that fixed in the future.

Its supposed to say "License Key".

I had the same problem until I figured out that its asking for the 24 odd number CD key. Doh!

thanks for your help, that did the trick.

For a second I thought about putting that other number in but then changed my mind as the field seemed to be far too short.
