Problem with Fog/Weather Display

Hi,

My CMBB (special edition) does not seem to be displaying Fog properly. In a scenario with fog (Death Ride of the 424), if the fog is set to any setting other than OFF, I just get a completely flat grey screen...all view angles, camera angles, etc.

I have a GForce3 running with the latest drivers.

Any ideas what may be wrong?

You need to go to Control Panels > Display control panel > Settings tab > Advanced... button > possibly click on the 'GeForce 3' tab > you should get a 'pop-out' menu > go to anything that may mention 'Direct3D' > look for a check box that mentions 'Enable fog-table emulation' and check it. This should allow fog-tables to work. Usually it is on, but perhaps it got clicked off at some point.

The only other time I've seen this is with an older Radeon or RAGE 128 Pro driver that greyed- out the whole 3D screen when fog was enabled.
