Stuck Infantry 1.05

In the new Guard the Flank scenario (good one by the way). USA infantry in building. I never moved them that I know of. The action for ALL (IIRC) the units in the squad rapidily toggles back and forth between spotting/planning. I can't move this unit

I can send a Save if needed.

I have also noted this behavior. Playing through my own scenario ALL my infantry became stuck in "Planning" status when given any movement order.
