Aiming at something behind a short fence

I installed 1.05 and played the scenario Euphrates, and it seems as if tanks cant shoot or see over the short fence(the ones infantry can jump over). Is this realistic or is it a bug?

But in short, there's a problem with low walls in v1.05 and it will be fixed in the shortly upcoming v1.06.
