Cant get the TCP/IP PATCH?

HI! I have downloaded the TCP/IP patch 5 times, and I can't find the folder after it's done downloading all there is is a stufit document that says it can't be opened because the application that made it can't be found? Oh and I'm on running an ibook 300mhz thanks in advance.

Make sure you have the latest version of Stuffit Expander, the file won't unstuff correctly with some earlier versions.
