Flags scrambled with lines ATI Rage 128

Anyone have problems with flag graphics being scrambled and lines in them and in the smoke? I have the ATI rage card and not sure if its the drivers. Any help would be appreciated.

I saw this problem awhile back with an ATI Rage 128 Pro. You'll need to be very specific as to which ATI chip you have on your video card. A BETA driver fixed this particular problem (the fix should now be incorporated into a released driver). Some of the latest drivers for the ATI line (on the PC) are available at Rage 3D's website.
