 hotmail.com, live.com and msn.com users!
Article It appears that Microsoft is having trouble currently with their own blacklisting procedures. As a consequence, many IPs and domains are being incorrectly blocked on the server level by the Microsoft servers (including for example, Verizon). Unfortunately, it appears that Battlefront.com is affected as well, along with many others. If you are using a hotmail.com, live.com or msn.com email address, and have not received emails from us such as your purchase confirmation, password notification or others, the emails are being rejected by your email provider, and you will have to contact them to whitelist battlefront.com for you. Good luck with that!

Alternatively, you should consider registering a new email address with a different free email service. Once you have that, please submit a support ticket at www.battlefront.com/helpdesk with your order details, old email address and new email address. We can then re-assign your customer account to your new email address, so you will be able to access your emails again.

We are hoping that Microsoft will resolve their server issues but until they do unfortunately we cannot do anything besides the above alternate method to help you receive your emails.
