The addition of the T-90 SA into the Red forces TO&E means that the US Marines will now be facing perhaps the most lethal weapon (certainly tank) that the Syrians have to offer. Whoever expects the T-90 SA to be just another beefed up T-72 will be surprised. With the Explosive Reactive Armor, Shtora-1 Laser Warning and Diffusion system and a host of other improvements to Fire Control, awareness, and passive and active defenses, the T-90 SA is finally a worthy opponent for the US forces.
